Managing Director
Wayne started in the construction industry at the age of 18 and gained several decades of experience working in NZ and the UK before joining Daroja. He brings with him a wealth of experience at all levels of construction companies...
From apprentice and foreman, to site manager, construction manager and general manager. His no-nonsense, solutions-focused attitude is a great driver behind Daroja’s consistently high quality output. Outside of work, he’s a die hard fan of Chelsea Football Club.
General Manager
Daniel is a qualified builder and cabinetmaker / joiner with over 23 years in the Construction industry. Having worked his way through the ranks on sites, Daniel is now brought into projects to resolve issues.
Daniel’s passion for technology means that he utilises a wide variety of tools to assist in diagnosing issues on site and communicating quality and progress.
Director
Stuart worked in the construction industry in New Zealand and overseas for many years before coming to Daroja. His diverse experience has helped Daroja secure large projects in several sectors, from government contracts to high-rise residential.
His hands-on, relationship-focused approach helps ensure all Daroja’s projects run smoothly and on time.
Commercial Manager
Sam started his career in construction as a roofer in Auckland. He retrained as a quantity surveyor and joined Daroja. He quickly became a director at age 34 after nine years with the business. Sam is now focused on improving efficiencies...

Planner
Sumitha has over 10 years experience in the Construction Industry including projects both here and overseas. She has vast knowledge and expertise in programme development and monitoring audits in the preparation of EOT claims...
Preparation of Programmes and monthly update, project Budgets, in depth knowledge in dispute resolution and delay analysis techniques. Sumitha has experience with a range of projects, from warehousing, high rise residential, educational and government facilities. She knows actually what she needs to do to ensure the project runs smoothly and finishes on time. This skill base allows Sumitha to be a key contributing member in any project.
Quantity Surveyor
Tobie started with Daroja in late 2015 as a site supervisor. During this time Tobie was completing his Bachelor of Engineering at Auckland University. Through his hands on experience working on multiple construction sites...
